	Newly discovered today was a Ross's Goose at Red Row, Northumberland. Lingering rarities included the Harlequin Duck in Aberdeenshire, American Coot, Black Scoter and two Lesser Scaups in County Kerry, American Coot and Richardson's Cackling Goose in the Western Isles, Pacific Diver and Lesser Scaup in Cornwall, Black Scoter reported in Northumberland, single Lesser Scaups in Cornwall, Glamorgan and Ayrshire, Blue-winged Teal in Orkney, single Lesser Yellowlegs' in Sussex, County Clare and County Dublin, Laughing Gull in County Cork and Bonaparte's Gull in Devon.
