Highlight of the day was the relocation of the Black-winged Pratincole in Cambridgeshire (at Ouse Washes RSPB), whilst a party of six Black-winged Stilts arrived in Suffolk (at Cavenham Pits). Elsewhere rarity sightings included Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, Collared Pratincole in Suffolk, five Black-winged Stilts in West Sussex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and Ross's Gull in Devon. A Wilson's Petrel was seen from a pelagic off Co Mayo and in Highland a White-billed Diver was logged.
