	Shetland sightings included Lanceolated Warbler on Whalsay, lingering Sykes's Warbler on Foula (as well as two Blyth's Reed Warblers) and lingering Paddyfield Warbler and Olive-backed Pipit on Fair Isle (as well as two Little Buntings). On Isles of Scilly rarities comprised an Aquatic Warbler on St Mary's, Citrine Wagtail on Tresco and Ortolan Buntings on St Mary's (2) and St Agnes. Elsewhere new discoveries included Ortolan Buntings in Cornwall and Dorset, Greenish Warbler in North Yorkshire and Little Bunting in Northumberland, whilst lingering rarities came in the form of Booted and Greenish Warblers in Norfolk, Lesser Scaup in Somerset and Little Buntings in Cleveland and Orkney Nearctic waders comprised Short-billed Dowitcher in Dorset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, at least three Buff-breasted Sandpipers, three American Golden Plovers and seven Pectoral Sandpipers. In addition to an excellent spread of Yellow-browed Warblers, scarcity totals included 17 Red-breasted Flycatchers, 15 Barred Warblers, seven Wrynecks, three Richard's Pipits, two Rose-coloured Starlings, two Icterine Warblers, two Common Rosefinches and Great Grey Shrike.
