Scarcity highlights involved a White-winged Black Tern in Cambridgeshire, single Woodchat Shrikes in Gloucestershire and Isles of Scilly, a Red-backed Shrike in Shetland, single Melodious Warblers in Gwynedd and Pembrokeshire and a Buff-breasted Sandpiper in Orkney.
