I was overjoyed to be able to tick this bird on my patch - having been perplexed why it wasn't there in the first place. It was happily feeding with adult male & female Stonechats. Soon after this was taken, in the Blyth's Reed brambles, it flew back across the grazing meadow to its usual perches, near to Meadow Lane. |
