| A White-billed Diver was found off Yell, Shetland today.
Lingering rarities still present included the Black-browed Albatross in Cornwall, Double-crested Cormorant in County Leitrim, White-winged Scoter in County Mayo, Hume's Warbler, Long-billed Dowitcher, Pallid Harrier and Ferruginous Duck in Norfolk, other Hume's Warblers in Somerset and Kent, Penduline Tit in Kent, single Lesser Scaups in Western Isles, Somerset and Surrey, King Eider in Cleveland, Red-breasted Goose in Argyll and two Cackling Geese in Western Isles. Scarcity highlights included a Great Grey Shrike, a Lapland Bunting, a Pallas's Warbler, three Yellow-browed Warblers, 14 Shorelarks, 45 Waxwings, four Glossy Ibises, a Lady Amherst's Pheasant, two American Wigeon, five Green-winged Teal, six Surf Scoters, 14 Ring-necked Ducks, a Todd's Canada Goose, four Tundra Bean Geese, two Little Auks, a Sabine's Gull, a Ring-billed Gull, eight Glaucous Gulls, two Kumlien's Gulls and 14 Iceland Gulls. |
