| Nice to catch up with this rare Scottish rung Leucistic Sandwich Tern. A stunning little bird. Some more information on the Leucistic Sandwich Tern, it is a juvenile that was ringed this year at Sands of Forvie NNR on the Ythan Estuary in NE Scotland 19.06.17 . There is a colony of c.800-1000 breeding birds there and this is first with such a plumage colouration there has been. |
