Another angle. Obvious evidence of palmations proves this can only be either a Semipalmated or a Western. Consensus view is that this is a Semipalmated. Note however obvious white "braces" down the back, quite strong orangey-rufous fringing on some feathers, obvious from some angles in good light . . . more
