| New rarities today were a Baird's Sandpiper at Ythan Estuary in Aberdeenshire, an Arctic Warbler in Shetland, two Lesser Yellowlegs on South Uist in the Western Isles, and a further Lesser Yellowlegs at Timoleague in County Cork. Rarities included a Zitting Cisticola in Suffolk, two Soras in Scilly, a Red-eyed Vireo in County Galway, a Semipalmated Sandpiper in the Western Isles, further Baird's Sandpipers in West Yorkshire and Orkney, a Spotted Sandpiper in Cornwall, and Lancashire, a King Eider in Shetland, a Long-billed Dowitcher in Orkney, a Ferruginous Duck in Hertfordshire, an Olive-backed Pipit in Shetland, a Red-flanked Bluetail in Orkney, and further Lesser Yellowlegs in Somerset, Leicestershire, and East Yorkshire. |
