| In Cornwall a Black-browed Albatross was seen off St Ives Island this morning then flew west. Yesterdays Killdeer at South Slob, County Wexford was seen in the morning but not subsequently and a White-rumped Sandpiper was also found there. The only other new rarity found today was a Dusky Warbler at Sandwich Bay in Kent.
Lingering rarities included Desert Wheatear in Dorset, Eastern Black Redstart in Yorkshire, Semipalmated Sandpiper in County Clare, King Eider in Shetland, Lesser Scaup in Surrey, Pallid Harrier in Glamorgan, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, with the long-staying Black-faced Bunting still on Fair Isle, Shetland and at least one Zitting Cisticola still to be found in Suffolk. Finally there were three Hume's Warblers in north Norfolk and Dusky Warblers in Norfolk and Cornwall. |

| The mega highlight was a Killdeer at South Slob, County Wexford.
New rarities consisted of an Eastern Black Redstart at Scarborough, North Yorkshire; and Red-breasted Goose at Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex. Continuing rarities included Desert Wheatear in Dorset; Double-crested Cormorant in County Leitrim; Hume's Warblers in Bedfordshire and Norfolk; Kentish Plover in Somerset; King Eider in Shetland; Lesser Scaups in Essex and Western Isles; and Penduline Tit in Somerset. |

| Hume's Warblers were found at Sandwich Bay, Kent, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk and Southwold, Suffolk, with a Dusky Warbler also found at the latter site and another at Brancaster, Norfolk. A White-winged Scoter was off Ferny Ness, Lothian.
Lingering rarities included Hume's Warblers in Norfolk (five) and Yorkshire (two), Dusky Warblers in Cornwall and Scilly, Pallid Harrier in Glamorgan, Northern Harrier and two Lesser Scaups in County Wexford, further Lesser Scaups in Cornwall (two), Surrey and Leicestershire, Baikal Teal in Dorset, Richardson's Cackling Goose in Argyll, Red-breasted Goose in Essex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall and Kentish Plover in Somerset. |
