| Single Bonaparte's Gulls were found on the Ogmore Estuary in Glamorgan and at Ballyconneely in County Galway, whilst a White-biled Diver flew past Whitburn, County Durham.
Lingering rarities included the Booted Eagle in Cornwall, Double-crested Cormorant in County Sligo, American Coot, Bufflehead and Ross's Goose in Shetland, two White-winged Scoters in Lothian, Black Scoter in Wirral, Lesser Scaup in Clyde, Ferruginous Ducks in Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire (two), Red-breasted Goose in Cumbria, Long-billed Dowitcher in Devon, Kentish Plover in Somerset and Pallid Harrier in Norfolk. |

| On the border of County Leitrim and County Longford a Lesser Scaup was found at Drumshanbo Lough. In Lothian there was a new White-billed Diver in Gullane Bay.
