New discoveries today included a Forster’s Tern in County Galway whilst Kent had a Red-footed Falcon and Bee-eater. Lingering rarities still present included the Turkestan Shrike, Black-browed Albatross and six Black-winged Stilts in Yorkshire, Elegant Tern and Pacific Golden Plover in County Wexford, Broad-billed Sandpiper in Shetland, five Bee-eaters in Norfolk, Bonaparte’s Gull in Kent, Caspian Tern in Norfolk, Least Tern in County Dublin and American Black Tern in Northumberland. Scarcity highlights included a Rose-coloured Starling, a Night Heron, 11 Glossy Ibises, 5 Honey Buzzards and a Sabine's Gull |
