Scarcities included Ortolan Bunting (London), Wryneck (Staffordshire), Red-backed Shrike (Shetland), Common Rosefinch (Shetland), two American Golden Plovers (Cornwall and Orkney), Buff-breasted Sandpiper (Lincolnshire), Pectoral Sandpiper (Lothian), Dotterel (Lincolnshire), three Surf Scoters, two Cory's Shearwaters (Cornwall), Long-tailed Skua (East Yorkshire), four Pomarine Skuas and Glaucous Gull (Western Isles). |
