  Rarities today comprised the Eastern Yellow Wagtail still on the Isles of Scilly, Pacific Diver and Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, Pied-billed Grebe and White-billed Diver on the Shetland Isles, Black Scoter in Northumberland, Blyth's Reed Warbler in Greater Manchester, Dusky Warbler and Long-billed Dowitcher in Lincolnshire, Bonaparte's Gull in London, Coues's Arctic Redpoll in Borders and Spotted Sandpipers in both County Waterford and County Wexford.

Scarcities included Rose-coloured Starling (Conwy), Temminck's Stint (Cornwall), two each of Pallas's Warbler, American Wigeon and Lesser Snow Goose, three of Surf Scoter and Ring-billed Gull, four Yellow-browed Warblers, five of Ring-necked Duck and Great Grey Shrike, six Rough-legged Buzzards, 17 Glossy Ibises and a total of 35 Shorelarks.

Saturday 2nd February 2019  
  A White-billed Diver was found at Skelda Voe, Shetland, whilst lingering rarities included single Pacific Divers in Cornwall and County Cork, Forster's Tern in County Galway, Bonaparte's Gull in London, Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, Spotted Sandpiper in County Waterford, White-billed Diver in Western Isles and Ferruginous Duck in Hampshire.

Scarcity highlights included a Pallas's Warbler, a Little Bunting, a Rose-coloured Starling, three Great Grey Shrikes, 21 Shorelarks, a Temminck's Stint, a Pomarine Skua, a Kumlien's Gull, three Ring-billed Gulls, a Todd's Canada Goose, a Snow Goose, a Black Brant, two Tundra Bean Geese, two Surf Scoters, two Green-winged Teal, three American Wigeon, six Ring-necked Ducks, four Rough-legged Buzzards and 21 Glossy Ibises.

Thursday 31st January 2019  
  Rarities today comprised the Pied-billed Grebe still on the Shetland Isles, Bonaparte's Gull in London, Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset and Ferruginous Duck in Hampshire.

Scarcities included Pallas's Warbler (County Durham), Yellow-browed Warbler (Isle of Wight), Rough-legged Buzzard (Kent), Lapland Bunting (Derbyshire), three each of Ring-necked Duck and Surf Scoter, four Great Grey Shrikes, six Shorelarks and a total of nine Glossy Ibises.

Tuesday 29th January 2019  
  Rarities today comprised a Pacific Diver still in Cornwall, the Hume's Warbler still in East Sussex, Dusky Warbler in Lincolnshire and Lesser Scaup in Staffordshire.

Scarcities included Serin (Cornwall), Common Rosefinch (Shetland Isles), Surf Scoter (Lothian), two each of Rose-coloured Starling, Rough-legged Buzzard, American Wigeon and Ring-necked Duck, three Yellow-browed Warblers, four of Great Grey Shrike and Glossy Ibis, and a total of 28 Shorelarks.

Monday 28th January 2019  
  Rarities seen today included the Blyth's Reed Warbler in Greater Manchester, Eastern Yellow Wagtail in Scilly, American Herring Gull in County Cork, Pied-billed Grebe and White-billed Diver in Shetland, White-billed Diver in Western Isles, Lesser Scaup in Dumfries and Galloway and Spotted Sandpiper in County Wexford. The adult Ivory Gull picked up in Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway last Wednesday remains in care.

Scarcities included a Lapland Bunting, two Rose-coloured Starlings, four Great Grey Shrikes, seven Yellow-browed Warblers, 23 Shorelarks, a Black-bellied Dipper, two Black Brants, two Taiga Bean Geese, two Tundra Bean Geese, three American Wigeon, three Surf Scoters, four Ring-necked Ducks, six Rough-legged Buzzards, two Kumlien's Gulls, seven Iceland Gulls, 15 Glaucous Gulls, a Balearic Shearwater and eight Glossy Ibises.

Scarcity highlights included a Pallas's Warbler, a Lapland Bunting, two Rose-coloured Starlings, six Great Grey Shrikes, nine Yellow-browed Warblers, 20 Shorelarks, a Temminck's Stint, a Balearic Shearwater, three Surf Scoters, four American Wigeon, five Green-winged Teals, 14 Ring-necked Ducks, a Todd's Canada Goose, two Black Brants, six Tundra Bean Geese, 34 Taiga Bean Geese, five Rough-legged Buzzards, 16 Glossy Ibises, two Ring-billed Gulls, 11 Iceland Gulls and 13 Glaucous Gulls.
