After the pike incident the gull seems to be back to normal, feeding in the same place below the hide. In the last week there is a noticeable difference in the 'black hood' in that it appears to be going into moult.

Some great prolonged views today upto 15/20 minutes at a time on view and max 2 birds. Well worth the trip. Well organised and easy twitch. Given the distance am pleased with the record shot.
