| The find of the day today was an Upland Sandpiper near Pendeen in Cornwall.
New rarities today consisted of a Pallid Harrier at Loch of Strathbeg in Aberdeenshire, an American Pipit at Inishturk in County Mayo and a Lesser Yellowlegs at Brierfield Turlough in County Rosecommon. Continuing rarities today consisted of King Eider in Shetland, Ferruginous Duck in Hertfordshire, Long-billed Dowitcher on Orkney, Semipalmated Sandpipers in Western Isles, Baird's Sandpipers in West Yorkshire, County Kerry and Orkney, Spotted Sandpiper in Cornwall, Lesser Yellowlegs in Fife, Somerset, East Yorkshire, Leicestershire, County Cork and County Donegal, Black Stork in Suffolk, Sora on Scilly, Bonaparte's Gull in Northumberland, White-throated Sparrow in Fife, Zitting Cisticolas in Suffolk (5), Red-flanked Bluetail in Orkney, Eastern Stonechat in Shetland, Western Bonelli's Warblers on Scilly (2), Pallid Harrier in Lancashire and Black-winged Kite in Norfolk. |
