| In Aberdeenshire, the White-throated Needletail was reported at Loch of Strathbeg RSPB briefly. In Orkney, a Black-throated Thrush and a Radde's Warbler were trapped on North Ronaldsay, a Paddyfield Warbler was found on Fair Isle, Shetland, a Bonaparte's Gull was at Loch Gairloch, Highland and a Ferruginous Duck was at Langtoft, Lincolnshire, whilst a Fea's Petrel species flew past a boat off Cornwall.
Lingering rarities included the Isabelline Wheatear, Olive-backed Pipit and Hornemann's Redpoll in Shetland, American Pipits in Scilly and County Galway, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Baikal Teal in Dorset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, three White-rumped Sandpipers in County Derry and one in Staffordshire, Pacific Diver in County Cork and Bonaparte's Gulls in Northumberland and County Antrim. |

New rarities included a Rustic Bunting at Cape Clear, Co. Cork, Olive-backed Pipit at Fair Isle and another near Hoswick, Shetland, Isabelline Wheatear at Fair Isle, Shetland, Hume's Warbler at Balephuil, Argyll, Bonaparte's Gull at Milk Bay, Co. Antrim, and Pallid Harrier at Snettisham Coastal Park, Norfolk. Continuing rarities included Black-faced Bunting in East Yorkshire, Eastern Nightingale (form golzii) in Aberdeenshire, White-rumped Sandpiper in Staffordshire and Co. | In Kent, a Hume's Warbler was found at Bockhill Farm and a Radde's Warbler was at Ramsgate. The Pallid Harrier returned to Wells, Norfolk and new White-rumped Sandpipers were found at Rosscarbery, County Cork, Malltraeth, Anglesey and two were found at both Ardvule, Western Isles and Montrose, Angus (the latter duo joining the three already present with the Long-billed Dowitcher).
Other lingering rarities included the Blackpoll Warbler in Shetland, American Pipits in Scilly and County Galway, Hume's Warbler and Dusky Warbler in Norfolk, Baikal Teal in Dorset, Black Scoter in Northumberland, Lesser Scaup in Yorkshire, two Northern Harriers, Long-billed Dowitcher, Lesser Yellowlegs, Semipalmated Sandpiper and five White-rumped Sandpipers in County Wexford, other Lesser Yellowlegs and White-rumped Sandpipers in Cornwall and Western Isles, another of the former in County Louth, three more of the latter in County Derry and one in County Clare, Baird's Sandpiper in Cornwall, Spotted Sandpiper in Scilly, Marsh Sandpiper in Lothian, Pacific Diver in County Cork, White-billed Diver in Fife, Ross's Goose in Merseyside and Pallid Harrier in Glamorgan. |

| The mega highlight of the day was a White-throated Needletail in Highland at Helmsdale, with other major rarities including Franklin's Gull on Westray, Orkney, Pacific Diver at Crookhaven, County Cork, Red-flanked Bluetail at Wells Woods, Norfolk, Black-headed Bunting on Inishmore, County Galway, and Pallid Harrier at Severn Beach, Gloucestershire.
More new rarities included Richardson's Cackling Goose at Lissadell, County Sligo, Long-billed Dowitcher at Montrose Basin, Angus, Eastern Yellow Wagtail on St. Kilda, Western Isles, and Olive-backed Pipit on Lundy, Devon.
