| In Cornwall, a Band-rumped Petrel species reportedly flew past Coverack, whilst a Fea's Petrel species flew past Portland Bill in Dorset. Also in Dorset, an Aquatic Warbler was trapped at Wareham. Further north, a Black-winged Pratincole was at Loch Calder, Highland and a Wilson's Phalarope was on the Ythan Estuary, Aberdeenshire, with a Semipalmated Sandpiper at Ballycotton, County Cork, a Baird's Sandpiper at Annagh Beach, County Mayo.
Lingering rarities included Zitting Cisticola and Black Stork in Suffolk, Greenish Warbler in County Donegal, Stilt Sandpiper in County Wicklow, Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Long-billed Dowitchers in County Wexford and Orkney, Lesser Yellowlegs in Carmarthenshire, White-rumped Sandpipers in County Wexford and Northumberland, Laughing Gull in County Kerry, two Lesser Scaups in Staffordshire and Black Kite in Cornwall. |

| Discoveries today included a Stilt Sandpiper in County Wicklow at Broad Lough, and a White-rumped Sandpiper in Northumberland at East Chevington, whilst seawatching produced a Fea's Petrel species in Cornwall passing Trevose Head, and at least one Scopoli's Shearwater at sea off the Isles of Scilly.
Elsewhere the Forster's Tern returned to Poole Harbour, Dorset, a Zitting Cisticola and the Black Stork both remained in Suffolk, as did the Greenish Warbler in County Donegal, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, Lesser Yellowlegs in Carmarthenshire, Black Kite in Cornwall, White-rumped Sandpipers in County Kerry and East Yorkshire, two Lesser Scaups together in Staffordshire, and two Ferruginous Ducks together in Norfolk. |

| New discoveries today included a Pallid Swift at Carrahane, County Kerry, two Ferruginous Ducks at Filby Broad, Norfolk and a White-rumped Sandpiper at Hornsea Mere, Yorkshire.
Lingering rairities included six Zitting Cisticolas and the Black Stork in Suffolk, Eastern Subalpine Warbler in Shetland, Greenish Warblers in County Donegal and Orkney, White-winged Scoter in Lothian, two Lesser Scaups in Staffordshire and one in Greater Manchester, Long-billed Dowitchers in County Wexford and Orkney, Lesser Yellowlegb in Carmarthenshire, Black Kite in Cornwall and Bonaparte's Gull in Kent. |

| The news today was dominated by seabirds in the south west, and topping the bill were two to three Scopoli's Shearwaters, all in Cornwall: one seen from a pelagic off Falmouth and one (or the same) from Coverack, with another off Lizard Point. Amongst the many other seabirds seen were peak counts of about 10,000 Great Shearwaters and about 5,000 Cory's Shearwaters, also off Lizard Point.
Other new discoveries were of a Bonaparte's Gull at Keyhaven in Hampshire, a Lesser Yellowlegs at Kidwelly in Carmarthenshire and a Greenish Warbler on Whalsay in Shetland, with another sighting of the roaming Pacific Golden Plover being made on the Suffolk coast - this time flying over Walberswick. Lingering rarities included the family of Zitting Cisticolas and the Black Stork in Suffolk, Lesser Scaup in Greater Manchester, Marsh Sandpiper in Gwent, White-rumped Sandpiper in County Kerry, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Wexford, Kentish Plover on the Isle of Wight, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, Greenish Warbler in County Donegal and the long staying Eastern Subalpine Warbler on Fair Isle. |

| New discoveries today included Fea's Petrel species off Bloody Foreland, County Donegal and St Ives Island, Cornwall, a Lesser Yellowlegs at Smerwick Harbour and White-rumped Sandpiper at Carrahane Strand, both County Kerry, Greenish Warblers on Unst, Shetland and Tory Island, County Donegal and a Ferruginous Duck at Shustoke Reservoir, Warwickshire. A Marsh Sandpiper was present for its second day at Standlake, Oxfordshire.
Other lingering rarities included at least three Zitting Cisticolas and Black Stork in Suffolk, Eastern Subalpine Warbler in Shetland, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Wexford, Kentish Plover in Isle of Wight, two Lesser Scaups in Staffordshire and one in Greater Manchester, Ferruginous Duck in Leicestershire and Laughing Gull in County Kerry. |

| Discoveries today included a Baird's Sandpiper in County Mayo at Leam Lough, a Kentish Plover on the Isle of Wight at Bembridge, and a Ferruginous Duck in Norfolk at Filby Broad.
Continuing rarities confirmed as still present today were at least two Zitting Cisticolas and the Black Stork in Suffolk, one Semipalmated Sandpiper in County Cork, the Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, and two Lesser Scaups together in Staffordshire. |

| New rarities today included a Subalpine Warbler on St.Mary's, Scilly, two Semipalmated Sandpipers at Clonakilty in County Cork, and a Fea's Petrel at Annagh, County Mayo.
Lingering rarities today included two Zitting Cisticolas in Suffolk, Marsh Sandpiper in Gwent, White-rumped Sandpiper in County Wexford and East Yorkshire, two Lesser Scaups in Staffordshire, and one in Greater Manchester Black Stork in Suffolk, Greenish Warbler in Orkney, Bonaparte's Gull in Aberdeenshire, Eastern Subalpine Warbler in Shetland, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Lancashire. |

| Discoveries today included in Orkney a Franklin's Gull on North Ronaldsay, and on Papa Westray both Greenish Warbler and White-rumped Sandpiper, whilst in Ireland a Semipalmated Sandpiper was found in County Cork at Clonakilty, and a White-rumped Sandpiper was new at Ballyferriter, County Kerry.
Elsewhere at least three Zitting Cisticolas and the Black Stork remained in Suffolk, as did the Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Marsh Sandpiper in Gwent, Black-winged Pratincole in Lincolnshire, Western Bonelli's Warblers in both Devon and Pembrokeshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in Orkney, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, White-rumped Sandpiper in East Yorkshire, and two Lesser Scaups together Staffordshire. |

| In Fife, the Bridled Tern reappeared at Elie Ness late afternoon. A Sardinian Warbler was in Kent at Graveney Marshes, a Greenish Warbler was in Suffolk at Shingle Street and a Baltic Gull was at Titchwell RSPB, Norfolk.

| What was presumably the same Bridled Tern as seen yesterday in Fife, was seen today at Musselburgh in Lothian, but it didn't hang about for long. Other new discoveries today were of two different Western Bonelli's Warblers on Lundy (Devon), a Greenish Warbler at Salthouse in Norfolk, a Marsh Sandpiper at Peterstone Wentlooge in Gwent and a Pallid Harrier briefly near Amesbury in Wiltshire.
The family of Zitting Cisticolas remained at Walberswick in Suffolk, with now four juveniles present and nearby the Black Stork was still at Boyton. Other lingering rarities included Black-winged Pratincole in Lincolnshire, White-rumped Sandpipers in East Yorkshire and County Wexford, Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Wexford, Laughing Gull in County Kerry, Bonaparte's Gulls in Aberdeenshire and Kent, Lesser Scaups in Staffordshire (2), Black Kite in Cornwall and long staying Eastern Subalpine Warbler in Shetland. |
