| New rarities consisted of late news of an Eastern Olivaceous Warbler at Cudham in Greater London, Franklin's Gull at Loch Ordais on Western Isles, and White-rumped Sandpiper at Titchwell in Norfolk.
The Stejneger's Scoter remained on the sea off Musselburgh in Lothian. Other lingering rarities included the Pacific Diver in County Clare, Blue-winged Teal in East Yorkshire, Black-winged Stilt and Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Fife. |

| A White-rumped Sandpiper was found on the Humber Estuary at Spurn in East Yorkshire and a juvenile Black-winged Stilt was at Cliffe Pools in Kent.
The Greater Sand Plover continued its stay on the beaches around Newbiggin in Northumberland and the Stejneger's Scoter was back on the sea off Musselburgh in Lothian. Other lingering rarities included the Pacific Diver in County Clare, Ferruginous Ducks in both Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent and Lesser Yellowlegs in Fife. |

| An adult Bonaparte's Gull was found today at Carnfunnock Bay, near Larne, in County Antrim.
The Greater Sand Plover remained on the beaches around Newbiggin in Northumberland, while the Stejneger's Scoter in Lothian had moved to nearby Fisherrow. The Pacific Diver was reported again in County Clare and the Caspian Tern was reported in Cleveland. Other lingering rarities included Ferruginous Ducks in both Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Wexford and Lesser Yellowlegs in Fife. |

| A major surprise today was a Paddyfield Warbler trapped +ringed at a private site in Staffordshire. Other new rarities found were a Pacific Diver off Gleninagh Quay in County Clare and a White-rumped Sandpiper at Rye Harbour in Sussex.
The Greater Sandplover continued to delight observers in Northumberland, while elsewhere lingering rarities included the Stejneger's Scoter in Lothian, Ferruginous Duck in Buckinghamshire, Caspian Tern in Cleveland, Least Tern in County Dublin, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent and Lesser Yellowlegs in both Nottinghamshire and Fife. |

| New rarities consisted of a Caspian Tern at Seaton Sands in Cleveland, Scopoli's Shearwater near Bishop Rock, Scilly, and White-rumped Sandpiper at Dungeness RSPB in Kent.
Lingering rarities included the Semipalmated Sandpiper and White-rumped Sandpiper in Norfolk, Least Tern in County Dublin, Greater Sand Plover in Northumberland, Stejneger's Scoter in Lothian, Lesser Yellowlegs in Nottinghamshire and Fife, Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire, and Bonaparte's Gull in Kent. |

| Two Scopoli's Shearwaters were found SE of St.Mary's, Scilly.

| A Spotted Sandpiper was found at Cheddar Reservoir, Somerset and a Red-footed Falcon was at Seasalter, Kent.

| An Alpine Swift flew over Pett Level, Sussex.
Lingering rarities included the Lesser Yellowlegs in Nottinghamshire, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent and Ferruginous Duck in Buckinghamshire. The White-winged Scoter reported off St Cyrus, Aberdeenshire yesterday is now thought to be a hybrid. |
