Scarcity highlights included a Richard's Pipit, a Shorelark, a Waxwing, two Little Buntings, two Great Grey Shrikes, 2 Rose-coloured Starlings, 40 Lapland Buntings, six Glossy Ibises, an American Wigeon, three Ring-necked Ducks, five Surf Scoters, four Black Brants, 12 Tundra Bean Geese, two Ring-billed Gulls, two Kumlien's Gulls, 13 Glaucous Gulls and 19 Iceland Gulls. |

A White-billed Diver flew past Boulmer, Northumberland.
Lingering rarities included the White-throated Sparrow in Kent, Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Dusky Warbler in Cheshire and Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk. Scarcity highlights included a Great Grey Shrike, two Little Buntings, 14 Waxwings, a Little Auk, a Glossy Ibis, a Surf Scoter, three Ring-necked Ducks, three Green-winged Teal, two Tundra Bean Geese, six Taiga Bean Geese, three Black Brants, two Glaucous Gulls, four Ring-billed Gulls and 20 Iceland Gulls. |

Lingering rarities confirmed as still present today were the Pacific Golden Plover in Moray,
Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk, Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Eastern Yellow Wagtail in Northumberland,
Dusky Warbler in Merseyside, Lesser Yellowlegs in Devon, and two
Richardson's Cackling Geese together on the Western Isles. Scarcities included Ring-billed Gull (Clyde), American Wigeon (Northumberland), Yellow-browed Warbler (Surrey), Black Brant (County Dublin), Snow Goose (Western Isles), two Rose-coloured Starlings, four each of Surf Scoter, Green-winged Teal, and Glossy Ibis, and eight of both Ring-necked Duck and Waxwing. |

The first White-throated Sparrow for Kent is in a garden near Orlestone, where it has been present several days.
Other lingering rarities seen today included the Eastern Yellow Wagtail in Northumberland, Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Dusky Warbler in Merseyside, Long-billed Dowitcher in Cumbria, Lesser Yellowlegs in Devon and Yorkshire and King Eider in County Kerry. Scarcity highlights included a Richard's Pipit, a Rose-coloured Starling, a Yellow-browed Warbler, two Great Grey Shrikes, two Little Buntings, three Lapland Buntings, at least 34 Waxwings, five Glossy Ibises, a Rough-legged Buzzard, a Grey Phalarope, an American Wigeon, two Green-winged Teal, two Surf Scoters, six Ring-necked Ducks, a Tundra Bean Goose, two Black Brants, three Ring-billed Gulls, 11 Glaucous Gulls and 27 Iceland Gulls. |

A Dusky Warbler was discovered at Thetford, Norfolk today, and a King Eider was at Castlegregory, County Kerry.
Lingering rarities included the Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Dusky Warblers in Merseyside and Kent and Lesser Yellowlegs in Yorkshire. Scarcity highlights included a Richard's Pipit, two Little Buntings, two Great Grey Shrikes, two Rose-coloured Starlings, four Yellow-browed Warblers, 18 Waxwings, 24 Lapland Buntings, an American Golden Plover, two Little Auks, three Glossy Ibises, a Green-winged Teal, two American Wigeon, four Surf Scoters, ten Ring-necked Ducks, two Black Brants, 11 Tundra Bean Geese, two Ring-billed Gulls, seven Glaucous Gulls and 14 Iceland Gulls. |
