| Lingering rare wildfowl included Harlequin Duck (Aberdeenshire),
Black Scoters (Northumberland and Co Kerry), Ross's Goose (Northumberland) and Lesser Scaup
(Cornwall, Ayrshire and Glamorgan), whilst Lesser Yellowlegs (East Sussex
and Co Dublin), Laughing Gull (Co Cork) and
White-billed Diver (Shetland) were also logged.
The best of the rest included Rose-coloured Starling (Northumberland), American Wigeons (Cornwall), Richard's Pipit (Kent), Night Heron (Co Cork), Shorelark (Lancashire) and Yellow-browed Warblers (Devon and Cornwall). |
