| This report presents you with the main news for today, i.e. everything except the local snippets.
A filter option at the bottom of the screen can be used to restrict or expand the scope of the information presented,
e.g. by region, county or date. |

| As the name implies this displays absolutely all the news sent today, every single message, including all the local snippets plus all the news of all the rarer birds.
Again, the filter bar at the bottom of the screen can be used to restrict or expand the scope of the information presented,
e.g. by region, county or date. |

| News by Location |
| Messages are displayed for a particular location. Our sophisticated data structure allows you to select a region or a county, or even to specify a site (with an optional radius parameter).
Use the filter bar to refine or expand your search to include different dates,
or (use the "channel" option to) show more or less
news. |

| News by Species |
| All the news,
species by species. Use this report to see how many individuals
of each species have been reported today. Use the filters to
define your area and/or time of interest. |

| Single Species |
| Select the name of the species (ordered in Taxonomic sequence or sorted by Common Name) and
you will receive all the news relating to that species. Again it is possible to filter the report enabling
you to find news for a particular species at a particular place or time. |

| See all the latest photos of rare birds from around Britain. You can submit your own pictures for the gallery, with, if you wish, an advert to sell them, or link to your own website. |
